Prochaska Thompson Quinn & Ferraro strives to provide aggressive, cost-effective, creative and ethical representation to its clients in Tennessee and around the United States. The firm primarily represents financial institutions, secured creditors, and other lenders. The firm focuses on Commercial and Consumer Bankruptcy, Consumer Regulation, Commercial Law, and Commercial and Consumer Litigation, Health Care, Taxation, Real Estate and General Corporate Law.
The firm was formed in 1992 by Ernest B. Williams IV and Joseph R. Prochaska. With the election to the United States Senate of Senator Fred Thompson in 1994, Sabin R. Thompson, Senator Thompson's sole partner, joined the firm as chief litigation partner. In July 2009, Victoria A. Ferraro was named partner, and heads the consumer bankruptcy department.
Prochaska Thompson Quinn & Ferraro has offices in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee. The Memphis office is headed by Harris P. Quinn, formerly of Baker Donelson, Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C.
The firm has been involved in numerous cases of national note and is responsible for various significant reported decisions.
Our current database management, tracking and calendaring system is ProLaw, a Thomson Elite company. Our firm is also currently set up on the following other systems for our clients: Vendorscape, DataCert/Sharedoc, iClear, CT TyMetrix 360°, NewInvoice, LawTrac, and MSTD's Back in the Black. Additionally, our billing program is LEDES compliant, and we are able to upload e-bills using any billing website, or we can send invoices to clients in Adobe Acrobat format.
